This wil be an outdoor class, bring proper clothing, and comfortable shoes to walk in the forested area.

 

LEVEL ONE

• You will learn the history of the Ainu healers.

• Learn about the differnt Ainu Gods and their purpose

• Basic skills to connect and consult with your ancestral guides. Not all ancesters are benevolent..

• Learn about the different tools shamans use for different purposes.

• we will learn about the shamans armor and the importance of it.

• we will make simple tools with material from the land.

• Grounding techniques.

 

LEVEL TWO

• How to enter into a transe into non ordinary reality

• How to protect yourself on your journey

• Travel to the upper world where the ancestors await you. Practice

 

LEVEL THREE

• Connecting with your medicine plant spirit.

• Connecting with your power animal. In the Ainu tradition, they are passed down from generations to those who worship Animal Spirits. from mother to daughter or from teacher to student.

• Learn about Sacred Food and Ceremony and Offerings.

Shin Sen Do (Fall session only) An ancient form of physical training from Japan, where practioners develop abilities in telepathy, intuition, and longevity .

The foundation to this way of life is focused on pure and natural seasonal foods and lifestyle through Macrobiotics.

With daily practice of 7 days, one may develop positve changes in physical, mental and spiritual life to feel total happiness.

On site required. This will require meal prep, meditation, Do-In excersize, and other poses for spiritual development .

Room (modest 8x10 single private cabin) and cost of Meals included.
